Secretary to CEO:
Location-Santacruz
We require a regular lady Secretary around 30 years of age with 4+ years
relevant experience. The Candidate should be a graduate with a good command of
English & be able to handle regular Secretarial functions such as Screening
Telephone Calls, Liaison & Follow-up with Internal & External Sources,
Coordination with Branches, Checking of Daily PNL'S,preparation of Standard MIS
& other Reports, Correspondence through E-Mail & letters, proper E & Hard Copy
Filing for quick Retrieval & managing my routine office functions in my absence.
Incumbent should be smart with pleasing personality and should possess
excellent communication skills.
Regional Manager: (Ahmedabad & Mumbai)
Candidates should be graduates, preferably with postgraduate qualifications in
management with minimum experience of 10-12 years of which at least 3 years
should be as a profit centre head in a reputed organization.
The position calls for excellent man – management skills, high level of
commercial acumen and the ability to develop and implement innovative marketing
strategies. He will be accountable for the entire business operations, including
expanding the network as well as the customer base of the company in and around
the region.
Area Manager: (Ahmedabad & Mumbai)
Candidates should be
Graduates / Post Graduates in Marketing with 8 to 10 years experience in a
service industry, preferably in hard freight/cargo/courier industry. Strong
credit control management, commercial acumen, man management & good
communications skills are essential.
Will be responsible for
P&L,new business development & achieving ambitious sales & profitability
targets. Cross functional experience/experience in managing a profit centre is
necessary.
Transhipment Manager:
(Pune, Ahmedabad,
Indore & Bangalore)
Candidates should be graduates from the Express / Freight Industry with 8 to 10
years experience in monitoring the Line Haul Vehicle
Performance, Route & Weight Management for
effective cost control, QC and SOP
Implementation. Will be functionally &
administratively responsible to run the Transshipment Operations.
Delivery Manager: (Mumbai HO, Pune, Ahmedabad,
Bangalore, Kochi, Chennai, Edapally, Hyderabad & Delhi.
Candidates should be graduates with 5 to 8 years experience with Express
industry background and geographical knowledge of cost effective routes.
Delivery Manager HO will be responsible for monitoring the
deliveries at Centralized Delivery locations on Pan India basis.
Delivery Managers at Centralized Delivery Locations will be
responsible for deliveries of their respective Territory.
Common responsibilities would include ensuring smooth & hassle
free deliveries by maintaining high service standards and effective cost control
strategies. Implementation & adherence to SOPs, Interaction with internal &
external Customers for Service issues / NDR are other key areas of focus. Route
planning and knowledge of local Market and Territory is essential.
Vendor Manager:
HO
Candidates should be graduates from the Logistics industry with 5
to 8 years experience in identifying the Vendors as per business needs and
monitoring the Vendor’s performance.
